At Heirloom Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Heirloom Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible

With this in mind, and in the interest of providing our valued clients with the best possible experience, we kindly request that children without appointments do not enter the hair salon. This policy is in place to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, allowing our stylists to give their full attention to their scheduled clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all of our patrons.

Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointment. That’s why we strive be as flexible as possible when it comes to canceling or rescheduling  appointments. If you cancel your haircut, color, balayage, or any service more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to find a better time for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee equal to half of your service charge.

A no-show or no-call will result in a full service charge. A credit card will be required to hold all appointments.

**New Client Policy**

All appointments for new clients at Heirloom Salon, for any service except haircuts and blow dries, will require a 50% deposit of the total service cost. This deposit will be applied to your service cost upon finalization of your appointment. A no-show will result in the loss of this deposit.

Late Arrivals

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
