At Heirloom Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Heirloom Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible

With this in mind, and in the interest of providing our valued clients with the best possible experience, we kindly request that children without appointments do not enter the hair salon. This policy is in place to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, allowing our stylists to give their full attention to their scheduled clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all of our patrons.

Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel your haircut, color, balayage or any service more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge a cancellation fee equal to half of your service charge. A no show, no call will result in a full service charge. A credit card will be taken to hold all appointments.


Late Arrivals

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
